Garmin Car GPS Receiver

BATTERY LOW when plugged in

I am having the same problem of when you plug in the Garmin C330 it says Battery Low and it
will not charge it so you can use it, my husband even check the cradle it sits on and it works.
Any suggestions it is only a year old
