Insignia Car CD Player NS-C3112

Light Display Has Gone Dim

I purchased an Insignia NS-3112A from Best Buy in February of this year. The display has gone so dim that you cannot read anything on it. Can you tell me how to correct this issue? I am really enjoying the product, but I am confused as to what has happened.
