Deleting songs

I have a RCA MP3 player Model #4002A. I would like to delete some songs on it but do not have access to the computer or the Media Library I orginally used.
My computer was destroyed by the Kearney Nebraska tornadoes May 29th.
Is there a way to still delete the songs using another computer?
