I am wanting to see how the different stations should be used, not how to assemble the equipment. I need a user manual not an assembly manual.

    I, too, am looking for something regarding the exercises that one might do with this system. I have sent an email to Weider and will get back with their reply.

    Thank you for getting back to me. I am looking forward to your reply with the information! It is a nice machine, but it would be really nice to see exactly what exercises the machine was designed to accomplish. I also want to know how to properly position myself and adjust the equipment so that I do not get hurt.
