Panasonic Digital Camera DMC-LZ3

I seem to have a problem

I can not locate my manual, I have tried to download the manual but it will not run. i have all of the required components installed already. The problem is bluriness when I take a picture, it looks clear but on the replay it is not, very out of focus along the edges.
Think you could help?
