Sunbeam Blood Pressure Monitor 7590

Unoperable Blood Pressure Monitor

New batteries enstalled, but monitor keeps showing us "Err".
It SEEMS as if there MAY be a malfunction of the air pressure in the cuff, but am wondering if I am just doing something wrong with operation.
