Samsung Home Theater System HT-DL200P

It says it is locked

I have just received my dvd from my electronic store. But the funny thing is that it cannot be fixed. Two weeks ago , my cousin was by my residence and she had placed a cd in it and then it wont come out. The electronic store said that the dvd has been locked as in with a code. I guess she did it by pushing alot of buttons. So I would like to know how I could unlock this dvd so I can watch my movies.
Please help me
