Emerson Clock Radio CKW

Flashing Lights

All three of the lights on the front: Warning, Watch, and Statement, are flashing simultaneously. There are no current watches, warnings or statements for my location, or any locations near me. It is set for Single County (SAME 017005 - Bond County). Does any body know how to fix this or why it is doing this. It happened before and I unplugged the radio and then plugged it back in and it stopped for a little while then happened again.
