Vision Fitness Treadmill t9700hrt

we havr a treadmill t9700 hrt and when i put on service in low speed the running belt stucks and the failure E4 is showing, this treadmill is new, i have anotrher problem because iam on a rig and is imposible to send to repair, but i have a electronic enginner that can repair the failure.
i apreiate your help and wait your answer.
