Sony CD Player CDX-L360

Car CD/Radio Player fault or needs resetting.

Can switch unit on but no radio will play, display scrolls, but no face buttons work, if I insert a CD it will play only quiet, can't increase volume, MPB button and D button are red, tried the reset as the manual suggests but no joy.
