Sony Home Stereo System MHC-GN800

Tape deck not working

Hi my Soni MHC-GN800 tape decks are not working. Tape Deck A plays at very high speed and tape deck B cannot play at all. Any help with fixing this issue will be greatly appriciated. This system is 2 years old with no warrenty
