• how do you cancel alarm?

  We don't want to just turn off the alarm, we want to cancel it completely because it turns on everyday at work and is very disturbing. We don't want NO alarm.

  How do you disengage the "nap" feature so that if you accidentally push the nap button, you can turn it off before the alarm goes off in 20 or so minutes.

• Cancelling the alarm.

  To cancel the alarm you push wake 1 (or wake 2--whichever one needs to be cancelled), then cancel, then wake 1 again. If it doesn't work, try it again. Or try holding the "cancel" button. Eventually it works.
