Ryobi Outdoor Gas String Trimmer SS30 RY30040A

Clutch adjustment

Is there a clutch adjustment for the SS30? The weed wacker head comes up to speed slow and does not have the power. Engine runs fine.
Can find manual and link is broken to download.
