Oil Pump for 011 AVT Stihl Chain Saw

I am not getting any oil on the chain when opperating the saw.
Oil pours out of the port after I took off the bar and chain to see if it was plugged.

    Clean slot in the chain bar, especialy at drive end and oil hole to bar slot
