Panasonic Microcassette Recorder RR-US430

problem with my recorder

I have a Panasonic recorder Model RR-US470, I need to configure the security information in the record because I forgot that and I can't, when I connect the record in my computer it say : El soporte esta protegido contra escritura.
I don't undertand because it not permit insert the password. Please I need help as soon as possible, because I need to pass some records and translate it. Thanks.

    I need to reconfigure the initial access because I forgot the password and I can't to access to my record information. Please help me. Thanks
