Kenwood Car DVD Player/Monitor Combo RC 70W

Monitor reads "no signal" all three settings.

My car DVD player won't accept or allow the DVD that I want to play in my passenger side under-seat player. It seems like there's already a DVD in there, but it won't eject either. Anybody?
