Compaq Laptop PC Presario 700

start up

computer won't boot properly-continuously goes to the boot screen which says "Sorry for the inconvenience.....choose one of the options to start....start windows normally, start with last known working configuration, start in safe mode.....no matter what i choose, it goes through the windows xp then the compaq logo and right back to this options screen, i tried f8 and start in safe mode...still goes back to this page....

    I just got a presario 700 myself and am sorry to say that I can't help you with your problem...but you could possible help me with mine. I need a manual for this computer, and am wondering if you have one that you could share? Please! langbehnt@yahoo.com
