    PRESS ON THE ADJ BUTTON(TOP LEFT)

    THEN PRESS NEXT TILL YOU GET TO THE CLOCK

    THEN PRESS ENT(BOTTOM LEFT)

    THEN TO GO UP TURN THE KNOB CLOCKWISE (SAME KNOB YOU USE FOR VOLUME)
