need help re connecting

lost power and now I can't get back on. I've tried to reset base and it still won't re connect. please help

    I had a connection problem with my base station. It wasn't connecting to Internet. Tried resetting the base the handset but it didn't help. Then I found this solution:

    Remove all the cables from base, power, ethernet cable and phone line. Plug in only the power cable. Wait until led goes off. After it is off plug in Ethernet cable. Base should get an IP address now. It worked for me once I don't touch it anymore!!
