Samsung Blood Pressure Monitor BHM-1008

I have a samsung that is 10 years old. It is great. I loaned it so I purchased the above model. It does not register correct.It will not pump up the arm band will be really tight and the meter reads 10. I do not have receipt to return it to Target in Oxford,Al I first purchased the see thru version but was unable to program it, so I returned it for the simple model. What can I do? Can I return this model to you to check? Thank you for any help.
