Universal Electronics Universal Remote ATLAS OCAP

no longer controls my DVR box

While trying to get the remote to control power for both the DVR and a new TV, the ATLAS somehow became deprogrammed for the DVR (it now has no effect on the box.) Every 4-digit code and the 9-9-1 code gives a solid blink (not 2 blinks) suggessting they are all invaled. I have cleared the DVR lock, but cannot get any code accepted. PLease help.
