Cannot make a Call

Because when you open the phone and try to make a call the you pressed the telephone numbers we would like to call the thing says "The number you dialled is not yet assigned" so we cannot make outgoing calls but we received incoming calls like the usual. By the way underneath it, it says that its product model is 27998GE6-C.. hope you'll make it work properly again.. thank you
