COBY Electronics MP3 Player MPC7085

my mp3 player won't turn on!

my coby mp3 player isn't turning on when i connected it to the pc to be charged.i have trid everything but it doesn't turn on. i followed all the direction properly but nothing. i put in the cd, followed the manual, nothing. what should i do? it won't turn on at all.
