Tecumseh Push Lawn Mower LEV115 350132E

Carb linkage hookup

I have a Weed Eater brand push mower model num. wet940RB. It has a Tecumseh motor model LEV115 350132E. The primer bulb has no pressure,no holes in it. I would also like to see a diagram of how carb linkage is hooked. I think I might be missing a spring. Thank You Jeff Wachal.
