Horizon Fitness Treadmill T50

Motor noise, smell of fumes

Bought this treadmill reconditioned, and it worked fine for at least 5-6 months. Then a minor tick-tick-tick motor noise developed, and has since gotten louder/faster (not enough to drown out conversation, but easily heard in the next room). Also, about 15 minutes into a walk (2.5 - 3 mph, 3 - 4% grade), you can start to smell oil/fumes. The treadmill belt itself runs smoothly, does not appear to be loose.
