left M8 x 25mm Patch Screw

While exercising for approx 8 minutes the (patch screw-
(key No. 70--exploded drawing B, page 19) on LT. crank arm/adj. bracket works loose which requires tighting every 8 minutes. Walmart store assembled elliptical. Please advise as what to do. Sure is heavy and inconvenient to reload to carry back to store. THANKS!!! Elliptical is less than one month old.
