Ryobi Drill Press EDP2521L

chuck run out

the chuck is not aligned and I have 1mm run-out at the tip when using a 10mm drill bit. Any ideas if it can be aligned?

    I have had the drill press 4 months and am now unable to vary the speed by mens of the speed control handle. This once worked without any problems. Has anyone got the exploded view of the drill press Head ? or answer to this niggling problem ?
