how to adjust pressure

i have never used an air compressor before and this manual is not very informative. how do i adjust the pressure for my air brush (0-30psi) that i use for model painting?

    How can i make it quiet? It's loud. model 92403

    Thre should be a air controll valve in line you can adjust. If not you can install one and adjust the air that away. That is the out put air controll.
