Canon Digital Camera A470

Camera to TV

In my manual of my camera canon A470, does not have instructions how to watch the video clips that i have taken from my camera to Television. Why?...What is there in the Canon A470 Manual is only....Picture of the camera, wirings and TV..Why? Please help me, so that i can watch video that i took.
