Rascal 3 wheel Mobility Scooter 245

I own a used rascal 245 mobility scooter, and it is slow, and I would like to know about the batteries and also I believe the engager, I think it is called, for the forward and reverse moving. I also need to know about tires, flat free ones, and how to install them, and how to change the back lense to replace the light bulbs. I really would like a manual for this machine. Thank you for your time and help.
