Chamberlain Garage Door Opener WD822KS 1/2 HP

Key Pad does not work

Key pad code does not activate door opener. the battery is new and has a full charge. Remote controls in 2 cars still work. What do I do to make this work again? Need manual and a phone number to call
Model number 8200 serial no 45993C0058 date 11/99
