GN Netcom Wireless Headphone GN 9120

Beeping while operating

I have a GN 9120 and it beeps while I'm talking to someone. I unplugged the power cord and it continues to beep. I then plugged the power cor back in and it just stopped taking calls at all. It no longer allows me to hear callers now when it's plugged in and when it's not plugged in it continues to beep. Please help!
