all data maps everything wiped

i need to know how to restore all data and if you are familiar with online used products I dont have any data disks or manuals on how to make this work again please any info would be a big help..thanks

    I didn't finish what I was saying I meant to say buying items used over the internet 2nd hand everything that may be needed to restore I dont have I bought it 2nd hand can you help?
