    You can print off a manual for this breadmaker here: http://www.focuselectrics.com/supportdata/Microsoft%20Word%20-%20L5225%20Breadmaker.pdf I have the same maker. What a pain it was to try to find the manual! (An even bigger pain b/c I don't have a printer! LOL)
