Compaq Desktop PC 5320 US 5000 Series

need to reinstall lost software

lost my hard drive about six months ago, installed new one. it is missing things like dvd player software and oher things like the ability to backup/restore my quickbooks...since i paid originally for these things, were can I go to get this hard drive to be like it was when I originally purchased it
