Craftsman Garage Door Remote Control ???????

Changing PIN on older model keyless remote

I Have a craftsman garage keyless remote pad without the # or * keys. I need to change the PIN number and all instructions that I find indicate that I have to press the # key to change. I must have an older model(?) I need to find out how to change my PIN.
