Sony MP3 Player Network Walkman NW-E407

It displays : "no data"

My NW-E407, displays: "NO DATA" after i recieved mp3 files on it and and when i rty to play them it displays: "NO DATA", and also diaplay's :"network walkman" how can i rectify this problem?
