emachines. Desktop PC E4210

Nvidia GT8500 graphics card

When I install this card the PCwillnot boot.Ihave tried the card in my other PC(not emachines) and it runs perfectly.
System details
3.00Ghz CPU INTEL P4 631
160gB HARD DRIVE
2gB DDR2 memory
Vista home premoum os.
