NordicTrack Treadmill C2050 NTL10951

My C2050 stopped working

My three year old treadmill stopped on me. I can not get the controls to function properly. For a time, I could not lower the speed, now I can't raise it, the stop doesn't work. I have tried to follow the troubleshooting guide, but can't marry up the picture (the reed switch, magnet) with the actual part. Advice? Help, please. V/r Larry
