Please help find the manual for this Toshiba Laptop PC

id like to add some more memory but cannot remove the underside of the laptop,have removed all screws but the bottom wont budge.......help!!!!!!!!

    I've just had to upgrade the ram on a client's laptop.
    you have to pop the plastic bezel off, which is above the keyboard, the one with the silver power button.
    under there remove the three srews holding down the keyboard,
    then slide it out and under there is where the two ram bays are.
