Motorola Two-Way Radio T5000

t4500 and t5000

How do I connect the t4500 and t5000 motorola radios so they can communicate together. When I bought them together there was a tiny piece of paper that stated you could connect the two types of radios but I managed to misplace it. Thanks for any help.
