Aiwa Compact Disc Stereo Cassette Receiver CX-NMT72OU

Can it be fixed?

Tape deck 2 does not open or play. With the tape in Tape Deck 2, the other tape deck does not work now either, but it did before. Buttons do not respond. When I turn the system on there is a clicking in Tape Deck 2
