promlem with my keypad

i have a sigma alarm fitted on my 96(n)golf gti and have broke the remote for it .it also has the key pad fitted i have the correct code for this but it does not seen to work all the time was wondering if there was any way i could by pass it but the only problem is it is wired to everything windows doors sunroof immobaliser etc any ideas
