CANT LOAD THE PAPER. need manual

    I have a Canon P26-DH And Can't seem to load the Rolled paper.It was working but just ran out?...So I think it a user malfnction...Help

    You load thepaper from the top back where you will see a narrow slit.

    Thank you avisletner for your comment. Unfortunately, that is what I have been trying to do but the moving mechanism inside the 'narrow slit' is not catching the paper to feed it through.

    IS THERE A TRICK TO IT/????

    I just hit the add button and it went through. Maybe your paper is too thick?

    make sure that you cut the paper square, not pointed.
