Blinking green light

The unit will not turn on. The remote signals the unit and the responding green light blinks, but the tv never comes on. I know the unit needs 25 v caps instead of 16 v caps. Problem is I do not recognize where they are to replace them like the ones in my 55" Mits unit. They are easy to get at and are in a recognizable plece
