Onkyo DVD Player DV DV-SP404

Please help find the manual for this Onkyo DVD Player

I Just purchase unit from Circuit City electronics. It was part of a Home Theater System Model#HT-S894. They had misplaced both manuls & remote contollers for this system. The unit model#RC-616DV controller is for the DVD DV-SP404 player. I need both the manual & remote Control unit. I believe the remote unit list price is $50.00 with PART#07660LP010 for the DVD unit. The remote control unit for the 5.1 Receiver model #HT-R640 is Part #24140668 with a model#RC-668M priced @ $19.00. How do I go about ordering the two remote controllers? I'll pay for them with a credit card. My phone# is 419-891-2936
