Not ringing.. missing all of my calls.

When my phone arrived aobu t3 or so weeks ago it was working fine.. Then I had to turn off the phone whiel at the court house. Since I turned it back on, It does not ring anymore only vibrate. I cannto find a place to change it to ring or not silent or vibrate. It did not come eith a manual so I am lost. Help Thank you.
