Sears Garage Door Opener 139.53515SR

2 doors, same freq

I have lived in my house for 1 yr now with no problem.
2 weeks ago my neighbors remote started opening my door out of the blue... The neighbor nor I have made any changes... what can I do to remedy this ???? Please advise.
