Tecumseh Push Lawn Mower HM80 90 100 HHM80

Manual I have doesn't show the right engine. Can't find where I drain oil nor where I fill it. Husband left, so need help. This was bought in 1989 from Quality Stores (out of business) and mower number is 5022. Couldn't find number on engine, but cord is on top, not on side like photos.
