Ryobi Gas String Trimmer RY30544

Trimmer won't keep running

This timmer dies after about 10 seconds. Need some information on how to keep it going!

    Why must we as customers of RYOBI dependent upon other customers to resolve problems with RYOBI products? Does RYOBI have a technical support that is
    qualified to resolve problems? I have read the customer problems with Trimmer RY30544 and it appears we all have the same probel - the trimmer won't run. Did we all purchase a RYOBI LEMON. If so, RYOBI should have a recall on this item. Hope to receive info from RYOBI and not from another RYOBI customer.
